Adrian Paris

Adrian Paris has lived in Oakville for little over six years and has just graduated in 2011 with a Specialized Honours Bachelors degree in Political Science from York University, Toronto. During his time at York, his theoretical area of focus was modern and post-modern political thought, while his applied area of focus was the future of Canadian social policies concerning health care and pensions. He co-founded the Guitar club at York University, where he served as club president in 2009-’10, and was also an active member of York’s Debating Society.

During Adrian’s time at Holy Trinity Catholic School in Oakville, he was part of the Teen Advisory Group at the Oakville Public Library, an experience he found very rewarding.

Adrian is the owner and a music teacher at Oakville Music Lessons, a company that offers private guitar and piano lessons to the Oakville community. Adrian’s interests include reading, listening and playing music, website design and video games but not necessarily in that order!
