Anna Larson

Anna has been an Oakville resident for the past 19 years and is active in the Oakville Soccer Club, as a sponsor, player and coach.

Currently working as a Communications Specialist with Halton Region, Anna's career has seen her as a Director of Public Affairs and Communications for the Centre for the Financial Services OmbudsNetwork and the Director of Communications and Special Events at Boston Consulting Group, to name but a few.

Anna graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Library Science, and received a B.A. (French and German) from the University of Toronto. After university, Anna gained experience of the library system and held information specialist positions for the Waterloo Public Library, the Ministry of Correctional Services (staff library) and the Metropolitan Toronto Reference Library.
