Richard Kitney

Richard and his family are relatively recent arrivals in Oakville and enjoy being involved in their community. Since 2000, Richard has helped to build Canada's largest Enterprise Risk Management practice, at Deloitte but is currently on a long term assignment as a major financial client's VP & Chief Security Officer.

Richard received a BA at Trent, his MBA at Rotman, and is an honour roll certified management consultant (CMC).

Richard spent the first 16 years of his professional life as an international consultant in company strategy and operations and supporting education and socioeconomic development projects. He returned to Canada and spent the next 16 years specializing in high performance organizational design, senior executive development and leading federally accredited practices.
