Find books, music, movies, and more.

OverDrive eBooks may be downloaded directly onto a Sony Reader Wi-Fi. Be sure to have the Reader connected to a wireless network.

1. Use the Home button to open the Home Screen.
2. Tap the arrow in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the ‘Public Library’ button.
4. Search for Oakville Public Library using the on-screen keyboard and find Libraries on the Go.
5. Browse for an eBook, add it to your cart, check it out and download it to the device.

1. Libraries on the Go eBook and audiobook titles are not transferred from a PC/MAC to an iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch, Android device, BlackBerry or Windows Phone 7.  Libraries on the Go eBooks and audiobooks are downloaded directly onto these devices using the OverDrive Media Console app.

Some of Oakville Public Library’s online research collections may be accessed on iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch and Android devices using an app called AccessMyLibrary.  Using GPS, AccessMyLibrary will locate our library and give you access to over 60 eCollections containing millions of articles.  You can search these eCollections simultaneously or separately .  Download the app from iTunes: AML of from Android Market: AML Public Edition.
