Drop in and exercise your brain at the Brain Gym! This exciting new program is the first of its kind to be offered at a public library in Canada!

The Brain Gym features an easy-to-use, clinically-proven self-paced online brain training program, with activities and exercises designed to enhance your mind’s fitness by improving your memory, focusing your attention, increasing your brain speed and creating lasting changes in the brain.

The Brain Gym is open from 10:30 am-12:30 pm Monday through Friday. The more you exercise, the better the results!

Ages: 18 Y and up

Cost: $11.30/ 2-month session (see list of sessions below)

Registration is limited. Please email Amalia Voicu at avoicu@oakville.ca to register for one of the following upcoming sessions:

Session 1: Monday May 6 – Friday June 28 – FULL!
Session 2: Monday July 8 – Friday August 30

Participants should be comfortable using a computer and the internet.

This session addresses continuing education and training options available in Ontario. Become informed on the admission/enrollment process for college and university, including financial options available to students. Discussions will centre on bridging, mentoring, co-op programs and skilled trades/apprenticeship options. You will also have a chance to explore the Second Career program.
