Description: 12th annual event, hosted by women of halton action movement (wham) and zonta club, celebrates the achievements of women over the years, held at the oakville conference and banquet centre. proceeds go towards the sexual assault and violence intervention services of halton (savis) and canadians in support of afghan women (saw).doors open 5 pm, 3-course dinner 6:30 pm, keynote speaker and social justice activist michele landsberg, entertainment by singer/songwriter honey novick. book sale and signing by landsberg, 50/50 draw, silent auction, afghan market with handmade items.
