Programs for Newcomers @ Your Library
Oakville Public Library offers many programs for newcomers to Canada. OPL works with the Halton Multicultural Council, Centre for Skills Development & Training, and Newcomer Information Centre to bring programs for newcomers to our branches. Topics covered include preparing for the Canadian citizenship test, career building, immigration, ESL, computer classes and more.
