TD Summer Reading Club: Teachers, Get Your School Involved!

There are so many ways to get your school involved in the Summer Reading Club!

Elementary Schools

Invite us to your school for a visit, or request promotional material for your own information session.

The library can provide you with the goods to get your students excited to read throughout the summer, and prevent that “summer slide.”

Interested schools should consider contacting the library in May.

Secondary Schools

Get your teens involved through volunteering!

Volunteers provide crucial support at the branches, staffing the Summer Reading desks, interacting with children, parents, and staff; they are key to promoting and running the program.

This is an opportunity that helps develop work skills for the future, and helps connect individuals with their community.

Interested volunteers look out for our posting in May.
