Creation Zone Open Studios

Stop by the Iroquois Ridge Creation Zone every Wednesday* for a fun and interactive Open Studio session!

Newcomer Youth Tutoring

Free one-on-one tutoring for newcomer youth between 13-18 years old (grades 8-12).  Volunteer tutors help students complete homework assignments and assist with essay writing. Subject-specific tutoring (e.g. math, science) is also offered.

Introduction to 3D Printing for Teens

These hands-on classes will introduce you to beginner concepts of 3D printing technology and design. We will print your design for pick-up at a later date.

Teen Financial Literacy Workshop

In this workshop, instructor Dave Pearson will show you how to budget, finance your education, and understand credit and credit ratings. You will also learn some basic investing tips and strategies that will help you to plan for your future, while still balancing wants with needs.

Teen Photography Contest

We are excited to host the 5th Annual Teen Photography Contest! We’ll be accepting digital photographs in a variety of categories from students in grade 7-12.

Capture, Edit, Print – Photography Workshop

In this three-part workshop series, participants will learn the necessary skill sets to produce well-composed and well-edited photographs. This will be a great series for those who are interested in entering the Teen Photography Contest.

Teen Introduction to Animation

In this three-part workshop, participants will be introduced to character design and learn to produce drawings that will be animated as a digital flip book in the third class. Instructor Enzo Avolio is a professor of Animation and Character Design with studio production credits for both Warner Bros. and Disney.
